My experience so far has been top Notch. Ian and Colton are very attentive and welcoming to new folks. I have always been interested in Muay Thai and Boxing but a little hesitant as someone in their 50's. My primary objective is fitness, self defense, and to simply learn the craft. I have trained with beginners, experienced and folks preparing for fights and all have shown a willingness to adjust to my current level and offer encouragement and insights. There seems to be a place for people desiring to train for fights and those just in it for the workout, which is stellar btw ( and fun). The people I see training for fights are clearly receiving the benefit of superb knowledge and instruction, these folks have some A+ skills in my opinion. The overall atmosphere and energy is one of camaraderie, hard work, and support.
It's a great place to train for all skill levels and very welcoming to brand new people who want to give it a try.
